Founded in 1991, Dealercast has significantly transformed its services, evolving from a foundry producing castings to becoming one of the UK’s top manufacturers of handrail systems and other tubular products.

Our involvement in the bus, train, and coach industries is extensive. We’ve supplied handrails to all the major bus and coach builders in the UK, as well as providing genuine replacement parts to numerous operators.

With our deep expertise, we offer product design assistance to minimise costs in both prototype and large production runs. We’ve helped design, manufacture, and retrofit handrails and airport luggage racks on buses and trains already in service, enhancing usability for passengers.

At Dealercast, we don’t just focus on handrail systems. From our site in Salford, Greater Manchester, we’ve provided tubular fabrications for tram, tube, and train stations, hospital and warehouse picking trolleys, roll cages, art displays, access work platforms, boat grab rails, and much more.
