Dealercast boasts a very experienced group of fabricators and welders, offering high quality solutions and subcontracting, both onsite and inhouse from our well-equipped workshop.
Our manufacturing capabilities span from prototypes to larger running fabrication contracts, where we ensure every part is identical, regardless of the production volume, by using welding fixtures.
At Dealercast we can offer a range of services when it comes to welding. We are capable of TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas)(AC/DC), MIG(Metal Inert Gas), and Stick welding working with an array of materials including but not limited to stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium.
Our fabrication service complements our already high-quality welding service, where we can manufacture many different types of articles from scratch and give our customers a hassle-free experience by using our one stop shop welding and fabrication service.

Based in Salford, Greater Manchester, just off the M60 motorway, Dealercast have over 250 hours of Welding and Fabrication available and can achieve a quick turnaround to suit your needs. We can offer a free collection and delivery service in the local area as well as the areas surrounding Salford. Our fabrication workshop is equipped with at least two of every machine, enabling us to maintain continuous production and minimise any potential delays to ensure delivery is made on time to your satisfaction.
We specialise is tubular products and have equipped our manufacturing facility to suit, although we are not limited to this alone and have vast experience in manufacturing many different products. Aside from our main services of tube bending, lasering and machining etc. we have the following machinery to aide our fabrication production.
