WELDING AND FABRICATION

Dealercast boasts a substantial number of welding facilities, featuring ten welding stations, each equipped with fume extraction. We have seven Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) and three Metal Inert Gas (MIG) sets, as well as Stick welding equipment, providing us with vast capabilities for all types of welding.

Our expertise extends to working with mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. While our primary focus is on handrail systems, we are not limited to this product alone. Our well equipped fabrication facility enables us to manufacture a diverse range of metal articles. For instance, we have supplied picking trolleys for warehouses and hospitals, COVID-19 screens for offices and vehicles, security barriers for car parks, and security screens for windows.

Our manufacturing capabilities span from small-batch productions to larger running contracts, where we ensure every part is identical, regardless of the production volume, by using fixtures.

Moreover, our fabrication workshop is equipped with at least two of every machine, enabling us to maintain seamless production and minimize any potential delays:
