TUBE MANIPULATION
At Dealercast, we specialise in Tube Bending and Manipulation. Our state-of-the-art facilities consist of two all-electric Computer Numerical Control (CNC) rotary draw bending triple-stack machines. The triple-stack operation enables us to bend a piece of material in a single operation, compared to three operations in traditional bending methods. Moreover, our extensive range of tooling enables us to produce a wide variety of products that meet our customers’ specific requirements. Whether it’s a small prototype or a large batch run, every part we produce will meet exact specifications every time
Our tooling enables us to produce highly accurate tight bends, as well as long sweeps to an unlimited radii, for both round tubes and hollow sections. The triple-stack feature of our bending machines allows for faster operations, resulting in a three-fold increase in production capacity. This benefit not only allows us to lower costs, but also benefits our customers as the savings are passed on.
