Our tube bending is run in conjunction with our fabrication shop, producing 1 off prototypes to large batch runs.
Our Tube Bending and fabrication shop is well equipped and is also supported by ISO 9001 – 2015, which was achieved in October 2017. Parts
- 2 x Unison 50mm full electric multi-stack bending machines – capacity 10mm Ø to 50 Ø round tube and up to 48mm hollow section.
- 1x Baileigh H45 Hydraulic Roll/Bender/Section Roller
- 3x Vaille flaring machine – upto 1” Ø
- 4x Codmouthers (pipe notchers) – 2 X Scantool & 2 X Almi
- 8x Mig & Tig welding machines – 4 – Merkle, 1 – Hobart, 1 – Lincoln, 1 – FDB & 1 – ESAB
- 2x Kaltenbach saws
- 4x Linishers – 2 – Memerex Senior, 2 – ALMI
- 2x Comac bender rolling machines – Large diameter sweeps
